Our charges are as follows:

Hourly Rates
· Competitive hourly rate. Additional time is charged at 15 minute increments.
· We will be happy to provide you with a quotation based on your specific requirements.
· Any postage/materials incurred will be charged at cost.

Word Processing documents

€8.00 first page plus €4.50 for additional full pages.

Power Point Presentations
€3.50 per basic slide
€8.00 per advanced slide
Handouts and Speaker notes printed at €1.00 per sheet

Please note:
Additional premium of €5.00 per page will be incurred for advanced formatting including tables, graphs, charts, etc. Rate will be confirmed prior to commencement.

Call Handling:
€30 per month for a maximum of 10 messages taken. After ten messages, the cost is €1.50 per call taken / message sent.

Customer Service Calls
For any calls you require us to make on your behalf, the charge is €1.20 per call to any landline and €1.50 to any mobile phone. (max call duration 2 minutes). Charges for longer calls can be negotiated.

Function Attendance:
€170 per half day and €250 per full day

A 50% prepayment for the first assignment may be requested. We invoice on the date of finishing each assignment or monthly – all invoices to be paid within 5 days of invoice date.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

What We do

Our service includes:

Call Handling – “you get your work done, while we handle your calls”
Messages are taken on behalf of the client and the message is sent directly to the client via text or email, whichever the client prefers.

We can also take care of your customer service follow up calls to clients and potential clients.
In addition, should you require assistance with debt collection, we can handle the calls to your debtors on your behalf – (note, we are not a debt collection service and do not aggressively chase payments – we simply phone your debtors with reminder calls)

Typing

  • We will take your Dictaphone tapes to be typed, or handwritten notes or will take receipt of typed documents for editing etc.

General Administration – “use us on an ongoing or an ad hoc basis”

  • Word processing (all correspondence, merges, proposals, contracts, etc)
  • Business letters (creating, editing, formatting)
  • Contact management (maintain database, client mailings)
  • Report preparation
  • Design and develop menus, bulletins, posters and notices
  • Design and create forms, questionnaires, evaluations, etc.
  • Bulk Mailings
  • Envelope stuffing
  • Mailing labels
  • Customer Service (follow up calls, etc)
  • General typing (notes, meeting minutes, etc)

Marketing Support

  • PowerPoint presentations (design, develop, update, handouts, slideshows)
  • Publishing & printing (newsletters, flyers, advertisements, brochures, etc.)
  • Prepare manuals, binders, folders and other materials.

Event Management – all marketing, co-ordination, organisation and administration of events.

Project Management Function Attendance

  • If you are holding a function and need a person to attend to customers / clients, meet and greet, pass out leaflets, market the company etc, we can attend with your staff or on your behalf.
